It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

And our favourite department stores create magical Christmas themed windows!

We took an Internet trip to the UK and scoured the streets for out favourite decorations! Harrods and Harvey Nicholls displayed opulent fairytale themed Christmas windows, whilst Liberty and Selfridges designed traditional themed Christmas windows.

Imagine if we could have one of this themes in our lounge rooms? How wonderful it would be to wake too on Christmas morning!

Magnolia Bakery's Vanilla Cupcakes

Everyone is always asking the staff at New York's famous Magnolia Bakery which is the most popular cupcake. Most people are surprised that it is what they call the Vanilla Vanilla -- the vanilla cupcake with the vanilla icing (and the most popular colour for the icing is pink).

If you would like to make a layer cake instead of cupcakes, divide the batter between 2 (9-inch) round cake pans and bake the layers for 30 to 40 minutes.
